With the implementation of the revised West Virginia Educator Evaluation System, the Teacher Academy is designed to support veteran and beginning teachers using research-based materials and instructional strategies. With a focus on classroom management, professional practice and student engagement, the Teacher Academy allows teachers to build upon a foundation of proven practices.
