Program Details:

Beginning fall 2016, Mentor Program professional development and Coaching for School Improvement sessions will be offered on a limited basis, as well as in partnership with a school, county, or region to provide opportunities for local learning with statewide consistency. Please see the scheduled sessions below or contact your county mentor coordinator to inquire about sessions scheduled in your area.

For the 2016 - 2017 cycle, WVCPD offers Days 1 - 2 , Foundations in Mentoring. Contact your county mentor coordinator for information regarding your county's Comprehensive System of Support plan.

*The Mentor Renewal Session is only offered in the summer. This session is for teachers who have the Advanced Credential Endorsement on their teaching certificates.

***Important Information***
WVCPD will be moving its offices from 208 and 209 Hale Street to the Cultural Center at the Capitol Complex in Charleston. This move is expected before the beginning of the summer professional development sessions. Therefore, the sessions scheduled for the WVCPD Annex will be moved. The summer classes will now be held at the Marshall University Graduate College in South Charleston.
