| The philosophy of the West Virginia Model for Positive School Climate (WVMPSC) Program is that all students need to “see and feel” a non-violent school environment and that school discipline is managed in a fair and consistent fashion with meaningful consequences. Participating schools will participate in a comprehensive process to implement and sustain a healthy positive school climate.
