This session is designed for teachers who are in their first, second or third year of teaching and who attended the Beginning Teacher Academy during the 2009-2010 school year. This session will present new materials and instruction.

This session will continue building ways to use classroom management to increase student achievement. Topics will include working with and understanding difficult students, developing techniques for getting and keeping your students' attention, cooperative discipline, mutual respect and effective communication.
