Session: U.S. History - Advanced Placement Fall Institute (Charleston)

Description:

This session will focus on preparing for the U.S. History exam. Participants will look closely at past AP U.S. History exams and examine ways to support students in the areas where students do not usually score well on the exam. Participants will also learn more about the Instructional Planning Report and how it may be used to focus instruction.

Cost:
Early Bird registration is $50.00 for West Virginia teachers and ends on October 20, 2017.

Walk in registration is $75.00.

Out-of-state registration is $200.00. Lodging is not provided for out of state participants.

Requirements:
Teachers must attend the full day to receive a completion certificate.

Audience:
Participants should be AP U.S. History teachers who want to learn more about supporting their students as they prepare to take the AP U.S. History exam.
